Terms of Service
Booking
۞ Booking: 50% is required to secure the date and time of the session. if you're a vanilla user otherwise I need your MCDF. MCDFs will be used for commissioned photographs ONLY. I will delete after the commission is over and the customer is satisfied.
۞ Customer can choose between: No Rush or a time frame during booking.
۞Payment Schedule: The remaining balance is due the day of (if booking for a live session meet) and/or prior to the delivery of high-resolution files.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
۞ Client Cancellation: If the Client cancels, must give a minimum 24 hours notice. Payment will be returned in full.
۞ Rescheduling: The Client is allowed to reschedule with a 24 hour notice from the given meet up session.
Image Delivery and Editing
۞ Artistic Style: The Client has reviewed the Photographer's portfolio and agrees to the Photographer’s editing style.
Usage Rights and Intellectual Property
۞ Copyright: The Photographer retains copyright ownership of all images.
۞ Client Usage: Images are for personal use only (e.g., social media, personal prints). Images may not be sold, entered into contests, or used for commercial gain without written consent.
۞ Social Media: When posting online, the Client agrees to credit the Photographer and not apply filters that alter the original edit.
۞ Model Release: The Client grants the Photographer permission to use the images for portfolio, advertising, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
